Works great so far in rain and cold down 50’s temps. Trying to keep thumbs coveredis a little frustrating. But doable. Also did some car repair woith them . Worked great for that when temps dropped.

Not true to size

Based on other reviews I ordered 1 size larger and glad I did. The holes for your fingers are very tight but seem to be loosening up a bit. My main issue is the material for the thumb doesn’t overlap enough to stay closed so my thumbs are always out. They are warmer than my previous gloves so that’s a plus.

My WindRider gear

The gloves work great hands stayed warm. If you button up in WindRider face cover, gloves ect and take off the the fishing hole is 12° weather. You will be 100% warm i have no doubt. Everything was made to last including the gloves.

Awesome suit it’s very comfortable I bought mine for bass fishing this winter so I could stay warm and dry and it does its job very well

AWESOME Fingerless Mittens

Mittens are warm and I really like the way the magnets holds the fold back portion away from your hand. I love the fit and use them for early fishing season. The fit is snug and fold back works great.

Mittens need to be redesigned

I first ordered a pair of large mittens. The fingers were tight and cut off circulation to my fingers when bent. I sent them back for a pair of XL.
the fingers again were tight. this time I tried them outside. The flip top was not easy to put over my fingers and the thumb cover did not stay on my thumb.
I sent them back for a refund.
I have two pairs of fliptop mittens made by other companies. One pair is for running and the other is for winter sports. I have no issues with them at all.
The Hayward Fli[ptop mittens need some redesign work. Good idea, bad execution.

Warmest Mittens

These mittens are great! The fit is true, they lock open and easy to close. If your looking for warm, dry gloves that you can still tie a jig on with, look no further.

Hayward fliptop mittens

Excellent, when fishing if my toes head or fingers get cold it’s time to call it a day. When you use the flip top feature your hands will retain all your natural heat. I’m not a paid spokesperson for this company but everything I have purchased has been above my expectations.

Good fit

As always Mary steered me right on sizes. Mine and the wife’s mittens fit well.
