If you need an exchange, please contact support@windrider.com with the order number and the item you would like exchanged and we will send you the replacement item with a return label. We do not provide return labels for international returns or exchanges.

What is the UPF on your shirts and what does it mean?
The shirts are UPF 50 – UPF 50+ which means 98% of the UV rays are blocked. UPF 30 would be about 96%.
How do you wash the WindRider shirts?
The shirts can be washed and dried normally, but we do recommend tumble drying on low for your dryer to help keep them looking their best.

Are WindRider shirts bug repellent?
Some customers do say the material of our shirts do help against biting bugs but there isn't technically anything in the fabric that is a bug repellent.
What are the differences between the Hooded Helios and Atoll Shirts?
While sharing many similarities, the Atoll shirts offer a pocket in the back of the shirt as well as different design options.

I got the camo version of this hoodie with the intention of using it in paintball. Lemme tell ya, it worked amazing. From sneaking behind the other team to washing out really easy afterwards and getting all the paint out, absolutely loved the hoodies for this adventure.
