Something not quite right? We have a no questions asked 30 day money back guarantee. Simply contact support@windrider.com and we will provide a return label on us to send back your item. 

If you need an exchange, please contact support@windrider.com with the order number and the item you would like exchanged and we will send you the replacement item with a return label. We do not provide return labels for international returns or exchanges. 

Please note that if you do not return the original item within 30 days you will be charged for the replacement item as well. 

Once we have received the return we will process your refund, typically within 2-3 business days of receiving it.

    FAQs

    How much weight will the ice fishing suit keep afloat and for how long?

    Depending on body mass the suit can hold up to a 300 lbs person up to 2 hours.

    Is the Ice Fishing Suit a Coast Guard approved PFD (personal floatation device)?

    The ice fishing suit is not an approved coast guard replacement for a PFD.  It will assist in helping you to survive the first surprise response when falling into cold water and will help hold you afloat long enough to help pull yourself back up onto the ice or into your boat.

    What is the Lifetime Guarantee on the Ice Fishing Gear Mean?

    We offer a lifetime guarantee on workmanship, issues such as seam ripping or zipper failures (does not cover wear and tear or accidental slicing with filet knives or catching the legs in your auger).

    When and how often should I wash my WindRider Suit?

    Wash the suit on cold with a product such as NikWax Tech wash that reapplies the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) back to the fabric.  Hang to dry

    How do you shorten the Ice Bibs?

    There is a double velcro hem at the very bottom of the pant leg.  Open that up and fold it up inside the leg where there are velcro strips to attach them to.  Can be shortened easily 4-5 inches.

    I ordered mine at the end of the season so have not been ice fishing in it yet. However, I feel compelled to report back on a few thoughts. First, I am 5’3” and 145#, bought a medium and the fit is perfect and true to size. Everything about this suit is quality, it fits great, feels great, is warm and comfortable. Will use this for snowmobiling also.
    I also need to speak in regards to Windriders customer service. I also bought their rain gear woman’s suit for my wife, same quality remarks but this needs to be told… I had to exchange hers for another size, Mary ( I believe was her name) called me early in the morning, explaining she would send the new size and a return label for which ever pieces we weren’t keeping. Super friendly, very nice and very efficient and took care of us promptly. What company sends the replacement before the return items are sent back and received in? The entire exchange and replacement occurred over a few days rather than several weeks. What a superb company, thank you Windrider and thank you Mary for great products and a very enjoyable customer experience. I do recommend Windrider and their products (I also have their rain suit for my motorcycle).
