Men’s & Unisex Shirt Size Chart
Choose your size from your body measurement first. The finished-shirt measurements farther down are for comparing the shirt itself—not your body.
How to measure
- Wear a light shirt and stand naturally.
- Wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest or stomach, whichever is larger.
- Keep the tape level and comfortably snug, without pulling it tight.
- Use that number in the body-size chart below.
Body-size chart
| Size | S | M | L | XL | 2X / XXL | 3X / 3XL | 4X / 4XL | 5X / 5XL |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chest or stomach (in) | 36–38 | 38–40 | 41–43 | 44–47 | 47–49 | 50–54 | 55–58 | 59–62 |
Between sizes? Choose the smaller size for a closer performance fit or the larger size for a more relaxed fit and airflow. These shirts have a slightly relaxed fit and an essentially straight body, so use your chest or stomach measurement—whichever is larger.
Finished-shirt measurements
These measurements are taken from the actual garment. “Flat chest” is measured straight across the shirt from armpit to armpit. Double it for the approximate shirt circumference.
| Size | Flat chest | Approx. shirt circumference | Body length | Shoulder | Sleeve from center back |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 20.5" | 41" | 26" | 17.25" | 33.5" |
| M | 21" | 42" | 27.5" | 17.625" | 34.5" |
| L | 23" | 46" | 27.5" | 19" | 35.5" |
| XL | 25" | 50" | 28" | 20.5" | 36.5" |
| 2X / XXL | 26" | 52" | 30" | 21.25" | 37.5" |
| 3X / 3XL | 29" | 58" | 31.5" | 23.5" | 38.5" |
| 4X / 4XL | 31" | 62" | 32.25" | 25" | 39.25" |
| 5X / 5XL | 33" | 66" | 33" | 26.25" | 40" |
Example: A Large shirt measuring 23 inches across the chest is about 46 inches around. It is intended to fit a 41–43-inch body, leaving room for comfort and movement.
Measurement tolerance: Finished-garment measurements are actual production measurements and may vary by ±0.5 inch.
